Engineering

• Geotechnical: Soil reports, Foundation recommendations. Drainage recommendations, Site/Building assessments, Investigations, Researches and mediations.
• Environmental: Phase I, Phase II (limited, intermediate and/or full). Geo-environmenental, Landfill liners and foundation design over landfills.
• Materials: Pavement designs & material researches/assessments.

Construction Materials Testing   (CMT)

• Soils: Field density (compaction) tests using Nuclear Gauge, Proctor, Atterburg Limits (PI), Unconfined Compressive Strength, Undrained Shear, Lime/Cement soil stabilization tests, Swell/moisture content tests, gradation, permeability, consolidation, in-field bearing capacity and other non-standard test.
• Concrete: Field placement monitoring, slump,% air, unit weight, cylinders, unconfined compressive strength and coring.
• Aggregates: Hardness, gradation, % fine & fineness.
• Asphalt: % binder, density, marshall, stability/flow & gradation.
• Non-destructive testing: Ultra-sonic (1997) of steel welds, weld inspection, boltorquing, reinforcement locator (R-meter), Swiss hammer, ultra-sonic inspection of concrete and fire retardant meter.
• Chemical Tests: Soil pH. meter, chlorine tests, ash content (%), pH.-Indicator and soil-resistivity meter.

Drilling Services
